Belimo can build the right actuator for you with the right cable length, the right connector plug, and the required programming so it can be installed quickly and easily.
On request, we mount the actuator to a valve and create a pre-mounted assembly from pipe parts, sensors, connections and much more. New Projects
More Than Just an Actuator
On request, we can adapt the cable length and type to your needs. To minimize your effort, we deliver our actuators pre-assembled and ready for installation on-site. We can also provide your custom cable with wire end ferrules and/or equip it with the connector plug of your choice. This makes cabling and connection errors a thing of the past. If desired, we can also take care of the parameterization for you. This greatly simplifies assembly and commissioning on the construction site and offers you a plug-and-play solution.

Custom solutions, from specific fittings and connections to complete piping packages, save time and money by dramatically simplifying installation and reducing the opportunity for error. Belimo Piping Packages are a streamlined method of piping HVAC terminal units, reducing time, space, and labor required to make the connection from the distribution piping to the coil.
These customizable factory assemblies contain the essential components for trouble-free installation, operation, and routine maintenance of the hydronic circuit, including isolation for control valve and coil, pressure/temperature test ports for balancing and commissioning, manual air vents, strainer with integral drain, and optional flexible hoses.

Replace Outdated, Inefficient Products
We manufacture customized connection parts for you in our workshop. Anything is possible. This example shows an adapter for mounting a Belimo actuator on a valve from a third-party supplier. Belimo provided the "complete carefree package" for this application where the connection was measured, designed and manufactured by Belimo and ready for installation on the construction site.
Belimo RetroFIT+ App
With the Belimo RetroFIT+ App, you can replace your outdated or defective actuators and sensors from various suppliers with devices from Belimo.
It is quick and easy to find the right replacement product. Take a picture of the label of the defective unit and, through OCR (Optical Character Recognition), the RetroFIT+ database is searched, and the relevant replacement module is revealed. The Belimo RetroFIT+ App is available in multiple languages.

Floating Office Rotterdam
Riding the Tide of Climate Change
Sustainability and energy-efficient buildings are hot topics in modern architecture, and one of the latest marvels is the Floating Office in Rotterdam. The building consists of coupled blocks of concrete that float atop the Nieuwe Maas River, and it uses the river water for both cooling and heating. In addition, it has smart HVAC technology from Belimo to help create an optimal environment while using minimal energy. Together with the solar cells installed on the roof, this innovative set-up makes the building entirely self-sufficient.

Belimo Energy Valve™ Helps Providence College Save Millions
Belimo RetroFIT+ uncovers energy savings in existing buildings
The retrofit project was completed in Spring 2023, and now Arden and Providence College plan to begin collecting data to quantify the actual flow reductions. The reduction in pumping will lead to decreased electricity usage, which is in line with the college’s commitment to increase energy efficiency and improve environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Allowing their cooling needs to be met with the existing chiller plant configuration, the school saved the cost of buying and installing a new chiller, amounting to an estimated $500,000 - $1,000,000 in savings. This figure excludes the millions of additional funds and months of work that would have been needed to resize and replace the existing main chilled water line.
