This is difficult to solve with standard products. Pre-manufactured products are therefore becoming increasingly important. We build the right actuator for you with the right cable length, the right connector plug and the required parametrisation.
On request, we mount the actuator to a valve and create a pre-mounted assembly from pipe parts, sensors, connections and much more. We also manufacture your specific connection part for retrofitting in our workshop. We offer you an "all-round carefree package" for your application.

More than just an actuator
On request, we can adapt the cable length and type to your needs. To minimise your effort, we deliver our actuators pre-assembled and ready for installation on-site. We can also provide your custom cable with wire end ferrules and/or equip it with the connector plug of your choice. This makes cabling and connection errors a thing of the past. If desired, we can also take care of the parametrisation for you. This greatly simplifies assembly and commissioning on the construction site and offers you a plug-and-play solution.
Your pre-mounted and tested assembly
"Doing everything possible to simplify installation work on the construction site, shorten construction time and prevent possible errors from the very start" - that's why Belimo pre-mounts complete assemblies according to our customers' requirements, tests them and, if desired, parametrises them. This results in ready-made assemblies that can be installed directly on the construction site. On-site construction tasks like cutting pipes to length, cutting threads, and assembling pipe parts, connecting parts, actuators, valves, sensors and much more are now a thing of the past.
Flexible installation
If the dimensions of the assembly and especially the pipelines cannot be determined exactly, then we can provide you with flexible pipelines. This means that you will always have the right part for every installation, even if the conditions on the construction site vary.
More than just pipes and components
Save time and money – order your component with insulation. The assembly shown on the right, with a Belimo 6-way valve and an additional flow sensor, was additionally provided with insulation at the factory. Unwanted heat radiation, condensation and on-site installation time are thus reduced to a minimum.
Outstanding protection
The continuous expansion of our services enables a wide range of diverse projects. The globe valve shown has been coated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-C4.

Leave preparations for commissioning your HVAC performance device to us and minimise the time needed for commissioning and possible sources of error on-site. In the picture shown, for example, for our Belimo Energy Valve™.
RetroFIT+
Exactly what you need, delivered on time
Belimo offers standard and customer-specific retrofit solutions (RetroFIT+) with short delivery times to quickly get your HVAC system working efficiently again. Your advantage: minimal downtime. Our retrofit solutions focus on quality and reliability. As a result, our products help to increase and ensure the performance and maintenance-free operation of your HVAC system. If you have not found what you are looking for in our standard range, we can also offer you special solutions starting with a multipack size of 1.
Retrofitting as needed
We manufacture customised connection parts for you in our workshop. Anything is possible. This example shows an adapter for mounting a Belimo actuator on a valve from a third-party supplier. Belimo provided the "complete carefree package" for this application, in that the connection was measured, designed and manufactured by Belimo. Ready for installation on the construction site.
Belimo RetroFIT+ App
With the Belimo RetroFIT+ App, you can specifically replace your outdated or defective actuators and sensors from various suppliers with devices from Belimo in the HVAC industry (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
With the Belimo RetroFIT+ App, you are guided to the right replacement product in just four steps. With the new OCR (Optical Character Recognition) function, the app is even easier to use. Photograph the labelling of the defective unit. The OCR software recognises and searches for the relevant text modules in the RetroFIT+ database. After a few more entries, the replacement is ordered. The Belimo RetroFIT+ App is available in 12 languages.

Floating Office Rotterdam
Riding the Tide of Climate Change
Sustainability and energy-efficient buildings are hot topics in modern architecture, and one of the latest marvels is the Floating Office in Rotterdam. The building consists of coupled blocks of concrete that float atop the Nieuwe Maas river and uses its waters for both cooling and heating. In addition, it has smart HVAC technology from Belimo to help create an optimal environment while using minimal energy. Together with the solar cells installed on the roof, this innovative set-up makes the building entirely self-sufficient.
