Quality and Sustainability

For this reason, the Group Quality and Sustainability department is very important. Quality managers own the entire quality management process and develop structures to ensure continuous quality in all departments. Supplier quality engineers are responsible for the quality compliance of our suppliers, they inspect incoming deliveries and lead internal and external audits. Project managers lead projects to harmonise quality processes around the world. And the compliance and sustainability team develop compliance guidelines and Belimo's sustainability roadmap.

Strategy, Information Centre and Brand Management are part of our executive office and report directly to the CEO. The strategy team is responsible for developing long-term initiatives to ensure Belimo's future success. Our Group Information Centre embraces Internal Communication, Global Training, and Market Intelligence. They ensure transmission of information and connection of all employees, coordinate and develop global training activities and analyse data to provide data driven insights that support strategical decision-making. Brand management is in charge of external global communication. They create central branding campaigns, coordinate global marketing initiatives and cooperate intensively with our local marketing teams around the world. And it is the home of Belimo's corporate marketing services team.
