What You'll Do

Implementation of Company's comercial policy

Building and developing comercial plans and strategy and supervising it's implementation

Organization and managment of Sales throughout Poland and closed cooperation with Company General Manager ( including Sales budget for next year , current sales results analysis,analysis of competation and market trends)

Very good knowledge of HVACR market

Negotiating the terms of trade agreements with Key Customers, including OEM's , direct contacts with such group of customers min.50% of working time

Supervision of work of Sales Department using the CRM system ( motivating employees, setting sales goals)

Improvments of Sales results, as well as assesment of results
Who You Are
-
High School Diploma ( preferably HVAC branch) , also additional Economical or Managment Education appreciated

Knowledge of foreign languages - fluent English or possible German, for foreigners also fluent Polish

Analytical Skills and posibility to make commercial plans
-
Proven experience in sales
-
Knowledge of sales technics in HVACR industry

Negociation skills and very good work and self-organization skills

Team Managment skills also very good comunication skills
