The Product Manager is responsible for product lifecycle management and quality assurance. This role involves contributing to new product development and ensuring successful market introductions, including developing launch plans, preparing datasheets, creating marketing documents, and conducting product training. Additionally, the Product Manager supports the sales organization in achieving sales and growth targets. What You'll Do

Understand market trends, drivers, challenges, and needs to effectively prioritize, draft, and execute business plans that lead to premier market solutions.

Develop strategic product plans based on market insights and growth opportunities, managing the product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation, including evaluation of build/buy/partner options and articulating business value for investment needs.

Create and implement new product launch and market introduction plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, including technical, marketing, and sales documentation. Additionally, oversee the product launch process, including readiness, logistics, pricing, and communication strategies.

Receive new product requests and collaborate with market management to analyse competitor offerings, pricing, marketing strategies, and the overall benefits to the company, including compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Well communicate with Asia Pacific regions to capture the latest market trend and customer need; Alignment with headquarters, EMEA and America counterparts to make sure the reginal requirement covered in the project scope.

Work with sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies and tactics.

Work with content development resources on all build projects to ensure a unified vision and support the development efforts.
Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or above; More than 4 years working experience in HVAC industry or related field, preferably in Sensors & Meters

Knowledge in energy metering system and water side products is a plus

Strong command of written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin; Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Persuasive ability to engage professionally with customers, suppliers and senior management team

Open to collaborate international collaboration with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds; Willingness to travel (APAC, EMEA and Americas)
